The box showed up dented, which was a little disappointing. Luckily, the item itself was fine, but I do wish the packaging had been sturdier so I didn’t have to worry when it arrived.

I reached out to customer service a few times and never got anything that could really be called a proper reply. Funny how quick everything is when you're placing an order, but after that, suddenly nobody seems available. It just feels like they don’t care once they’ve got your money. Frustrating, and yeah, I won’t be using iise.co again

I ordered my usual size the fit was just not right. I mean, I even checked the size chart before buying, so I’m not sure where it went wrong. The top was really tight around the chest, but then loose in random spots, and the sleeves were way too long. For the price, I expected it to fit a lot better. Now I have to deal with returning it, which is just annoying.

I picked up a bag from iise.co thinking it was going to be a solid, long-lasting piece, especially for what it cost. It looked great when it arrived and the material felt nice at first, but after just a few weeks the corners were already scuffed up and the stitching on the strap started looking loose.
I’m not rough with my bags and I only carry normal everyday stuff, so it was frustrating. it kind of gave me that bait and switch feeling where the bag looks premium at first, but the quality didn’t back it up once I actually used it. Disappointing overall
